We utilize only the highest quality industrial-grade extruded polyethylene foam. Our chosen foam is strong, lightweight, resilient, flexible, and water-resistant. A medium density closed cell product, it is ideally suited for shock absorption, vibration dampening, insulating, and general cushioning. 100% recyclable, the foam is free of CFC and HCFC compounds. All foam parts for Zarges cases are cut on a high-precision CNC waterjet to ensure an exacting fit.

KR Vacuum Rigidized System (VRS)
VRS(Vacuum Rigidizing Structure) technology shields valuable assets by encapsulating contents so that movement does not occur during transport. VRSwill also absorb impact or vibration energy, further protecting your gear while also reducing weight by 40% and tripling interior volume when compared to foam. The KR option for the 40810 case comes with 2 single VRSpanels, providing protection for up to 3 layers of gear, and a KR pump.
