• The vehicles surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned with alcohol before the installation to ensure a proper bond with the 3M tape.
• We recommend applying adhesion promoter on the back side of the flares before installing the 3M tape to help with better adhesion. Apply double layers of the 3M tape for the best result. Optimal surface temperature for the 3M Super Strength Molding Tape is above 65F (18C).
